Welcome to Thorn’s A.D.D. Culture, a media immersion blog. Media immersion is a term that while I didn’t create it, I’m the only one using it to mean taking from fictional worlds and putting them into real life. I’m a storyteller and I’ve found the best way to research storytelling methods is to get really into the stories I like, break down what I like about them and try to experience the story as best I can by doing real life things. I’m also a huge geek and was disappointed to see there is not one place to go online (like On Location Vacations or IMDB or Movie Locations) for books, so I thought I’d start one, at least for all the books I like.
I post story reviews (like this one) on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The immersion part I’m transitioning over to solely video (because really it way more fun to see it with me than have me describe it to you). The media immersion videos will be posted at least once a month.
